Three or four times a year Kilderkin produces a one-off special brew under the generic name Keep It Quiet.
These specials will be available at Cambridge-area beer festivals and / or The Carlton Arms, and will be accompanied by tasting notes on the Kilderkin News page.
Under trial are a dark malty 4.6% bitter and a beefed up (6.0%) version of Alt with lashings of extra hops. A cask version of the strong Triple is also under consideration for when the frost starts to bite.
